Terms and Conditions

1. Standard & Premium Ranges

Pieces typically priced under €1,500 equivalent are classified as Standard range products and may be available for direct purchase through our online checkout.

Pieces typically priced at €1,500 equivalent and above are classified as Premium range products and may be made-to-order, sourced specifically for the customer, or require individual quotation and confirmation before purchase.

2. Orders & Acceptance

A Standard order becomes confirmed once payment has been successfully authorised and accepted at checkout.

A Premium inquiry is a request for quotation only and does not constitute a binding order until our specialist confirms the final price, product specifications, and delivery details in writing, and payment has been completed through an authorised payment method.

3. Pricing

Prices are displayed in EUR, USD, or GBP depending on the customer's selected region and browsing preferences.

Prices may change until an order is confirmed. Shipping costs are calculated during Standard checkout or provided separately as part of a Premium quotation.

4. Bespoke & Made-to-Order Pieces

Products created to specific customer requirements, including custom dimensions, finishes, or configurations, are produced only after the final specification has been approved and payment has been completed.

Once production has started or the final specification has been confirmed, such items may not be eligible for cancellation or return, subject to applicable consumer protection laws. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further details.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines, shipping costs, and delivery arrangements are provided during checkout for Standard orders or confirmed as part of the Premium quotation process.

Risk in the products transfers to the customer upon delivery. Ownership of products transfers once payment has been received in full.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including product photography, descriptions, design materials, and drawings, belongs to LUME & HOME LIMITED or the respective creators, makers, and partners we work with.

Content may not be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, product availability, or delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including delays involving suppliers, workshops, carriers, or logistics providers.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in the customer's country of residence.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version applicable to your order or inquiry will be the version in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
