We're a small team working with weavers, glassblowers, metalworkers and potters to bring considered lighting, rugs and decor to people who care how a piece is made, not just how it looks. That shows up in how we hire, too — we look for people who notice material, finish and craft, whether they're sourcing a new workshop partner or writing a product description.
