Delivery & Returns

Standard Delivery

Standard pieces are in stock and dispatched within 3–5 working days of your order. We ship worldwide, and you’ll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Premium & Bespoke Delivery

Premium pieces, including made-to-order and bespoke commissions, are also dispatched within 3–5 working days once your specialist has confirmed your order and payment is complete via Stripe.

Returns

Standard pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery; ready-to-ship Premium pieces within 14 days. Bespoke and made-to-order commissions cannot be returned once your specification is confirmed, as each is produced to order. Full detail is set out in our Refund Policy.

Faulty or Damaged on Arrival

Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery to returns@lumeandhome.com with photos, and we’ll arrange a repair, replacement or refund at no cost to you.
