Standard pieces are priced under $1,500, in stock, and paid for by card at checkout. Premium pieces are $1,500 and above — made or sourced to order, and reserved through a private inquiry rather than instant checkout.

All pieces — Standard or Premium, including made-to-order and bespoke commissions — are dispatched within 3–5 working days once payment is confirmed.

Yes. Rugs can be woven to the exact dimensions of your room, and staircase chandeliers fitted to a custom drop, through our Premium range.

Some Premium pieces are finished and held in stock ("Ready to Ship"); others are produced only once you confirm your order ("Made to Order"). Each product page shows which applies.

No — once your specification is confirmed and payment is completed, a piece made to order cannot be cancelled or returned. Ready-to-ship Premium and all Standard pieces can be returned within their usual window.

We ship worldwide. Import duties and local taxes on international orders are the customer's responsibility, unless your Premium specialist confirms otherwise in writing.
